In the article it is expounded the information about substantial disintegration of the platelets haemostasis system in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis on the background of insulin resistance syndrome: increase of platelets aggregation speed, degrees of spontaneous and inducible platelets aggregation ability, reduction of time of their complete aggregation and growth of platelet’s sensitiveness to influencing of aggregation inductors.
