The purpose of research was studying placenta morphological features in gestoses of various degree of severity at a background of ozonotherapy. It is carried out morphological research of placentae in 35 patients. It is established, that placentae weight of pregnant women with preeclampsia of mild, average and severe degree, having standard treatment with inclusion of ozone, was greater, than that one of the pregnant women having only standard treatment. The received results allow to recommend inclusion of the given method in structure of preventive treatment of pregnant women suffering from fetoplacental insufficiency.
