In a series of screening researches it was established that the coordination compound of germanium with nicotinic acid revealed the most expressed anti-ischemic activity on the model of acute cerebral-vascular deficiency among investigated organic-germanium substances. It’s preventive introduction prolongs life in rats and favours the clinical course of investigated pathology. Moreover it’s protective effect excels the referent preparation.
