The positive and negative sides of present classifications of lead professional intoxication come into question in the article. The discussion is conducted to support the new clinical classification of lead-poisoning, preposed by doctor of medicine, professor of department of hygiene of labour and professional pathology of KMAPG S. I. Tkach.
