It has been carried out the examination of the immune status of the 110 patients suffering from cirrhosis (60 of them with cholistatic component). There are observed increased level of pro-inflammatory interleukines IL-1β, ІL-6, TNF-α, INF-γ and decreased level of anti-inflammatory cytokines ІL-2, ІL-4; decreased amount of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, ІPО 47+, ІPО 24+-lymphocytes and of the immunoregulatory index and increase in CD95+-lymphocytes.
