The information about the changes in the system of haemostasis in development of placenta insufficiency and рreeclampsia in pregnant women with the pathological level of antiphospholypid antibodies is resulted in the article. These changes are characterized by hypercoagulation, not peculiar to the term of pregnancy, relative platelet hyperaggregation, and activation of hypercoagulation.
