A review of the literature data on pathogenetic and prognostic significance of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokins at ischemic heart disease is given in the article. According to the available data cytokins play an important role in the development of ischemic heart disease, and can be considered as the marker of severity and predictor of disease progressing.
