206 patients having a moderate cardiological and non-cardiological pathology were examined with randomization. All the examined patients were conducted the ultrasound research of the abdominal aorta with computer processing of a received image. The blood level of the general cholesterol was also defined.
We distinguished prelipid- and lipid-associated defeat of the aorta’s wall, vascular changes in case of considerable hypercholesteremia and productive lipid-nonassociated defeat. The differentiated vascular therapy concept was formulated.
