The selection of genotypes of patients suffering from uterine myoma is analysed according to microsatellites loci with the purpose of studing ecology-dependent, molecular-genetic mechanisms of myoma forming. Changeability between genotypes and presence of polymorphism variants within a genotype between tumour and healthy tissue are shown. The variants of polymorphism and ways of microsatellite instability usage in medical-genetic practice is discussed.
