Administration of the clopyralid to the organism of white rats causes strengthening of free radical peroxidation of lipids processes in blood and in tissues of testis and reduction of antioxydative ferments. The damage of spermatogeny epithelium, reduction of absolute spermatozoa amount of their viability and mobility was marked. Administration of the antioxidant preparations on these conditions promotes breaking of free radical lipids peroxidation processes, renewal of the morphofunctional state of spermatogeny epithelium, improvement of sperm quality. The investigation results indicate the practicability of the use of the antioxidant preparations for correction of damaging action of the clopyralid on the reproduction system of white male rats.
