The basic questions cervical cancer epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment are considered in the article. Comparative analysis of the given pathology morbidity in Ukraine and another regions of the world was carried out. The various medical approaches to patients with the cervical cancer management were shown depending on the stage of the disease on the grounds of the latest data of home and foreign literature, and also of the own experience.
