FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY OF NEUTROPHILS AND MONOCYTES PERIPHERAL BLOOD OF B-CHRONIC LYMPHOCYTIC LEUKAEMIA PATIENTS

In B-chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (B-CLL) patients a method of flowing laser cytofluorimetria was used in studying functional activity of neutrophils and monocytes of the peripheral blood. As a result of the researches it is established, that absorbing activity of blood neutrophils and monocytes was practically within the limits of physiological fluctuations of the norm. There is a point of view, that absence of infectious complications in B-CLL patients is likely to be related to development compensatory reactions of congenital immunity in which neutrophils and monocytes directly participate.
