36 patients suffering from essential hypertension in different age groups are examined. Dynamics of electrocardiography parameters of right ventrical hypertrophy regression was evaluated. The control is possible in middle-aged persons, in patients of advanced age it presents difficulty. The patients of the advanced age group as well as with normalizing arterial pressure due to impaired intraventricular condition have a higher risk of sudden death.
