The review of literature data about ethiology and pathogenesis of bronchoobstructive syndrome in children and teenagers is presented in the article. The one of the most important places is occupied by viral respiratory infection. Different mechanisms, which are lying in a genesis of bronchial obstruction were highlighted too.
