Investigators have studied the character of functional reformation in the myocardium of right ventricle for patients with initial arterial hypertension. In conditions of steady indices of central hemodynamics the forming of isotonic hyperfunction was found. The disturbances of diastolic phase consisted in the increasing of myocardial rigidity.
