Immunological parameters of peripheral blood were studied in 75 patients with duodenal ulcer. The disparity of cellular and humeral immunity, immunoregulation disoder, lowering of CD4+ and CD25+ cells, mainly when infecting with toxigenic strain +Hp are established.
