MUTUAL INFLUENCE OF POLYMORBIDITY AND ALLOTRANSPLANTED CADAVER KIDNEY

A long-term clinical observation of a male, 69 years old, with the heterotopically transplanted cadaveric kidney due to diabetes mellitus, type 2, terminal stage, diabetic nephropathy, gout, obesity, long-term smoking, and chronic heart failure is presented in the article. The stages of polymorbidity formation are described before and after kidney transplantation. Special attention is paid to the choice of rational pharmacotherapy, as well as self-organization of the patient, as an integral part of the successful improvement of the quality of life in the interactions of polymorbid pathology and allotransplant cadaveric kidney.
