The paper presents the results of the analysis of the correlation between the enzyme link of the antioxidant system (AOS) and the liver function indices in patients with various forms of pulmonary tuberculosis. It was found that a decrease in the enzymatic activity of AOS and biochemical indicators of liver function occurs in parallel. Correlation analysis indicates the dissociation in the enzymatic system of AOS concerning liver functions.
