The results of medical examination of children with oxalate-calcium nephropathy are presented in this research. Identification of Oxalobacter formigenes was carried out by means of the polymerase chain reaction method and the positive result have been obtained at 29.6 % of examined patients. It was found that inverse correlative relation between renal oxalates excretion and presence of OxF can underline the role of Oxalobacter formigenes in pathogenesis of oxalate-calcium nephropathy.
