As a result of conducted research it was concluded that LCS-characteristics of vaginal homeostasis can be offered as early biophysical markers of preeclampsia prediction and control markers of effectiveness of its prevention. Application in the first trimester medicines, that increase resistance to hypoxic changes (actovegin) in a complex with dydrogesterone (duphaston) have a positive impact on the local homeostasis, that is confirmed by LCS, in pregnant women at risk for developing preeclampsia. Complex of medicines actovegin and dufaston is effective in preventing pre-eclampsia in early terms of pregnancy.
