It was found that in the periodontal tissues there is a significant decrease in the level of malonic dialdehyde maintenance, an increase of the activity of superoxydedysmutase, glutathionperoxidase, glutathionreductase, a decrease of the level of bone resorption, alveolar process atrophy after a complex use of the lecithin and the middle leveled local dosed out vacuum. The use of the middle leveled local dosed out vacuum and lecithin containing products in the complex treatment of elderly patients with periodontal inflammatory diseases promote increasing the osteoregeneration of the alveolar process bone, decreasing the level of the peroxide oxidation of the lipids, increasing the activity of the antioxydation enzymes, leads to a proof long lasting remission of the disease.
