The article is developed to the investigation of immune system of women with high risk of infection at pregnancy. The peculiarities of cellular and humoral immune links are studied. The features of prevention schemes of purulent inflammatory complications at operative delivery are described. The conclusion is done about efficacy of the suggested complex of preventive measures.
