High pharmacotherapuetic efficacy of the combined application of lipoflavone and acelizine at the model of heart dysfunction, which develops at cardiomyopathy by BHL method is proved in the work. The analysis of kinetics of a superweak luminescence on parameters of amplitude of fast flash (І1), constante К1 BHL general light reaction (S), which are markers of POL processes activity, is carried out and may be used as criteria of estimating an urgent condition severity.
