24 parturient women who were carried out epidural analgesia and 15 women without analgesia were examined. The parameters of cytolitic activity of the blood plasma and its fractions, functional activity fagocytic-cells in the NST-tests, parameters of the ethanole-test were investigated. Researches were done in dynamics of labour: before and an hour after the beginning of anesthesia. As a result of conducted researches it is established, that with the usage of epidural analgesia the tendency to decreasing in cellular destruction products accumulation in the blood plasma is marked, that promotes preservation of function fagocytic-cells at the subcompensated level.
