To implement the determination of α-tumour necrosis factor by the method of ELISA in blood serum in 90 pregnant women with parvoviral infection. It is established that in pregnant women with parvoviral infection and severe pregnancy course the concentration of α-tumour necrosis factor in blood serum is higher than in pregnant women with physiologic pregnancy course.
