Results of complex therapy of pregnant women with infectious diseases of the vagina are stated. The duly complex approach to correction of dysbiotic processes of the vagina against a background of dysmicroelementosis is based on stabilization of function of liver, intestines, kidneys and local therapy since the gestation term in which infectious process of the vagina was diagnosed, vegetable drugs, which promotes decrease in number of gestation complications. Effect of the therapy depends on quantity of the carried out therapy courses. Results from three courses improved by 36.3 %, from two — by 27.2 %, from one course — by 21.3 %.
