The question of improvement of method of forming of the bone approach at dacrycystorhinostomy is considered in the article. The change of its sizes allows to enlarge the operating field, to improve work of surgeon facilitate connecting mucous membrane of the nose with the lacrimal sac. It resulted in greater size of fistula and decrease in relapses.
