Efficacy of α-lipoic acid preparation application in combination with laparoscopic adhesiolysis for the treatment and prophylaxis of relapse of peritoneal commissures was studied in the work. It was set that α-lipoic acid reduced the amount of relapses of peritoneal commissures after operations in case of acute adhesive obstruction during the first year of supervision.
