The clinical case of a 27-year-old women management with rare vulvar desmoid fibroma is reported in the article. It was shown that fact of soft tissue trauma is important anamnesis factor that would help the clinician to think about possible presence of the given type of tumor. Despite the existent opinion about the desmoid fibriomas high recurrence rate after surgical treatment it’s necessary to investigate the possibilities of hormonal and immune-modulating therapy use in postoperative period with the aim of the given pathology treatment efficacy increase especially in fertile women.
