At modelling acute cerebral ischemia in rats a 4-day intraperitoneal introduction of quercetin preparations (Lipoflavone and Corvitine) and Lipine in the dose of 5 mg/kg (evaluating in quercetin) resulted in a considerable cerebroprotective effect. Application of preparations normalizes bioenergetic indices (the level of АТP rises, content of lactate diminishes). The protective action of the studied preparations probably will be realized due to their high antioxidative properties, pronounced reactivating influence on the antioxidant system of cerebral tissue, as well as on ischemic violations of bioenergetic processes.
