The experimental search for increasing of tramadole analgesic activity and decreasing of its side effects (proconvulsive properties) in 30-day rats with high brain seazure activity was conducted. It was established that combined administration of tramadole and melatonin, but not tramadol and quercetin, leads to initiating the antinocyceptive activity of tramadole and prevents proconvulsive effect. This combination can be used at analgesia in ontogenesis.
