The purpose of work is study of influence of RAS blockators on parameters of rats renal functions with experimental renal pathology. Not thoroughbred male rats with the body weight of 160–180 g were used. Pathology of kidneys was modelled by a single injection of gentamicin (50 mg/kg) or 5 day introduction of T4 (50 mg/100 g of the body weight). Activity of kidneys was studied in conditions of water loading. It has been established that captopril introduction to rats decreases proteinuria and renal excretion of endogenous nitrates. Administration of T4 + captopril stimulates creatinine clearance, decreases renal excretion of protein and endogenous nitrates in comparison with rats injected by T4. Administration of T4 + lozartan increases parameters of creatinine clearance, decreases intensity of renal losses of protein and endogenous nitrates, stimulates decrease of nitrite concentration in the blood plasma.
