On the basis of research of the nonspecific immune protection system in persons of young age suffering from chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract combined with chronic obstructive lung disease, the algorithm for diagnosis of immunoregulative reactions of compensation is substantiated. The algorithm consists of diagnostically valuable tests, the application of which allows to determine the presence of immunodependent reactions (compensation, disbalance, regulatory decompensation).
