2,392 laparoscopic cholecystectomias have been performed. Among them 58 operations were completed by laparotomy, 5 patients had the indications to laparotomy due to complications of carboxyperitoneum. With respiratory and circulation disturbances it is necessary to evacuate carbon dioxide urgently. After normalisation of vital functions operation can be executed by laparotomy.
