The study presents the up-to-today state and perspectives of medical service development, especially surgical one, of the Odessa Regional Clinical Hospital (ORCH). It is supposed that standards on inpatient and out-patient medical care, along with the implementation of resource-sparing technologies, integrative informational-technical solutions, including the system of control of the quality of medical care will compose the further directions of the ORCH development. Own data on telemedical consultations are presented as well.
