The 2nd Municipal Hospital was built at Odessa outskirts in 1902. In 1949 it became the regional one.
Today the Odessa Regional Clinical Hospital is a highly specialized medical establishment with a number of structural sub-units for rendering complex consulting and diagnosing, inpatient, planning and urgent aid for Odessa region inhabitants.
