The results of study of coordination compounds of germanium (IV) with nitrobenzoic and chlorbenzoic acid salicylalhydrazones influence on cytokine content in the inflammatory reaction process were presented. It has been shown that the anti-inflammatory activity of the studied complexes is determined by the influence on cytokine profile — by the inhibition of proinflammatory cytokine production and the stimulation of antiinflammatory cytokine synthesis.
