At examination of 105 patients suffering from chronic virus hepatitis С autoantibody titers have been increased to all autoantigens: the liver, the spleen, the kidney, the thymus, native DNA, dDNA. Circulating immune complexes have been directly bound up with activity of disease. Rising of chronic virus hepatitis C activity leads to augmentation of the level of circulating immune complexes in the blood.
