The purpose of the investigation was to determine relations between the status of cytokines, chronotropic-inotropic rhythms, remodeling of atriums and ventricles in patients suffering from ischemic heart disease in combination with hypertension. The objects of the research were 35 patients with mentioned pathology. According to the received results of the investigation it was determined the enlargement of proinflammatory (IL-1β and/or IL-6, and/оr IL-8 and/оr, TNF-α, and/оr СRP) and decreasing antiinflammatory (IL-10) cytokines, importance and high dependence between the interleukin-8 and daily chronotropic heart’s activity, relation between significance of left ventricular remodeling and the level of tumor necrosis factor-α.
