This study was aimed to assess the influence of unfavorable conditions of living on the state of adaptative reserves of the organism. There was established that the chronic action of the low doses of radon and toxic components of the mineral residuum of drinking water causes the dysbiotic changes in the microbiocenosis of the skin and intestine which are followed with the manifestations of the moderate immunodeficiency.
