Authors studied a pathogenic flora at chronic external otitis, analysed efficiency of different medications. Octenisept solution was used as medical preparation in dilution of 1:4. Two-year supervisions proved that 100% of patients with mycotic lesions and 82% patients with mixed flora recovered.
