An analysis of MBT identification in resection material of lung in patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis depending on the activity of tuberculosis inflammation due to morphological data and duration of chemotherapy is done. The lung resection material contained MBT in 28.2% of all cases (p<0.05) during microbiological study of operational material. According to histological investigation MBT is mostly detected with high degree of tuberculosis inflammation activity (54.1%)
