The study investigated the effectiveness of treatment of perimenopause age women with uterine fibroids. Observation of 26 patients of perimenopause age with confirmed diagnosis of uterine fibroids was performed. The patients were administered “Buserin depo” by 3,75 mg every 28 days during three months. The research proves that the “Buserin depo” produces significant clinical effect by suppressing steroid genesis in the ovaries and by depression of hormonal stimulation of the reproductive system. So it is a drug of choice for treatment of myoma and hyperplastic processes of endometrium.
