It was experimentally stated that a single intraventricular administration of calcium channel blocker Diltiazem (5 mg/kg) in 2 hours after sublimate nephropathy modelling leads to activation of filtrational function of kidneys, decrease of protein loss with urine, restoration of tubular-tubular balance, increase of sodium ions excretion.
