In our work we have done the data selection from medical cases of patients who were treated at the endocrinological and gastroenterological departments of thePoltavaRegionalClinicalHospitalin 2003 and 2008. 143 medical histories were analysed. It was shown that morbidity and prevalence of gastroduodenal zone pathology and diabetes mellitus are constantly increasing. Frequency of ulcer disease and diabetes mellitus combination, sequence of joining one pathology to another and its development, complications severity and course specifities were analized.
