There are described criteria for the clinical and instrumental selection of patients for endoscopic portal cervical microdiskectomy (EPCM). The possibilities and technical limits of the method are highlighted. The results of treatment of discogenic cervical neurocompressive syndromes by the EPCM method in the Clinic of Laser and Endoscopic Spinal Neurosurgery of the Neurosurgery Research Institute named after A. P. Romodanov of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine are presented.
