Information of anamnesis with the estimation of way of child’s life, type of feeding, factors of environment, domestic anamnesis, concomitant pathology have the high informing in the complex of diagnosis of dysmetabolic nephropathies. Early prenosologic diagnosis of crystaluric nephropathies with program screening will allow to conduct timely prophylactic measures and warn progress of dysmetabolic processes.
