The article gives the description of the serious complication of candidiasis of a two-month old baby — obstruction of upper urinary ways by mycotic conglomerate (bezoar) which contains Candida albicans. The urgent surgical intervention and antimycotic therapy ensured favourable prognosis of the disease.
