THE ROLE OF BACTERIAL ENDOTOXINS OF GRAM-NEGATIVE FLORA IN INDUCTION OF INTERLEUKINS’ SYNTHESIS AT ACUTE DIARRHEA IN CHILDREN OF EARLY AGE

Analysis of antibodies to endotoxin of gram-negative flora shows that gram-negative flora is the etiological agent of 53% cases of secretory diarrhea and 27% cases of invasive diarrhea. Strong direct correlation between IgM to endotoxin of gram-negative flora and level of proinflamatory interleukins takes place at acute diarrhea in children.
