There were studies the NА activity, contents of interleukins IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 in the blood serum in 65 patients with uterine myoma, 65 patients — with endometriosis, in 30 patients — with adhesions for prognostication of origin of post-operative adhesions. It was established that the patients had high activity of NA with high-frequency in the range of 30–35 mcM, high level of interleukins IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 contents. Therefore, to our opinion it is expedient to determine NA activity and interleukins IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 level in the blood serum at the pre-operative stage.
